  • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years in the Broking industry is required.

Job Description / Responsibilities include:

  • Updating of UCC for existing client codes (Modifications like Address, Email, Mobile, Nominee, Income, Bank, etc.) in Front & Back office.
  • Replying to emails related to the documents team pertaining to DP modification.
  • Handling calls from TL/SH/ZH regarding DP & trading modification.
  • Processing & Updation of REKYC cases (Email, Mobile, Income, Address, Closure, Bank, Nominee client profile, etc.) and updating in Front & Back office.
  • Processing dormant account activation and resolving related queries.
  • Modification regarding closure, transmission, transfer, and updation in DP & Trading system.
  • Preparation & reconciliation of Linking file and sending it to the Bank Linking daily.
  • POA / DDPI Linking in DP Backoffice system.
  • Coordination with Bank of Baroda DP Team and BDMs for account opening queries.
  • Coordination with NRI Branch for PIS account opening queries.
  • Data entry in the Backoffice system post Demat account opening confirmation from BOB Demat team.
  • UCC Generation and updating in exchanges for all offline clients.
  • Uploading client front office files in Trading Exe for clients who clear all criteria (KRA, CKYC, Linking).
  • Updating brokerage in Backoffice as per the scheme.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Previous experience in the Broking industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of document management laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and a desire to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and a strong team player.
